Returning Mum Program

A$12.50 every week

A physical and mental well rounded program to aid all levels of physical capacity to return to the fitness goals of choice in the comfort of your own home.

This package includes exposure to:

  • Fundamental core re training

  • Full body flexibility sessions

  • Mental wellbeing practice

  • Low level aerobic exercise (Custom to individuals goals)

Goals of this program is to build any Mum back to their fitness aspirations whether it’s running, pilates, gym, netball or football. This is a foundational program to bridge you back to the level of fitness needed to achieve your goals and build confidence.

The other main objective of this program is to provide a time efficient, convenient and flexible program that can fit within the hectic nature of being a parent.
