3 new gym re opening programs to help keep all levels of physical fitness on track to minimise injury and open the pathways again to those gym goals that have been sidelined for quite some time now!
Programs include:
Return to gym resistance training. 4 x resistance training sessions split of Upper and Lower limb exercises. 30-45mins in duration and exercises can be progressed or regressed based off capabilities and experience.
Return to gym mixed cardio. 5 sessions a week with a mixture of aerobic and high intensity workouts spread across all cross training modalities. 30-45mins in duration in which individuals are able to select the level of intensity in which they apply themselves for each session.
Return to gym cardio and resistance training. 5 sessions a week. 2 total body strength, 2 high intensity circuits. 1 x combination session. 30-45mins in duration catering for all levels of experience.
